By using ClipStudio, users agree to use the service lawfully and only with content and accounts they are authorized to control.

Content rights

Users retain responsibility for their uploaded and generated content. Users must own or have permission to edit, translate, add music to, generate from, and publish all supplied material.

YouTube publishing

ClipStudio uploads a video only after the user connects a YouTube account, chooses a file, reviews the title and privacy setting, and starts the upload. AI-generated comment replies are drafts that the user must review and explicitly approve before publication. Users remain responsible for every approved reply. Use of YouTube features is also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s applicable policies.

Prohibited use

Users may not use ClipStudio to infringe copyright, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, evade platform security, misuse personal data, or access another user’s session or files.

Availability

Editing, AI generation, translation, and third-party publishing may depend on local software, device capability, quotas, network availability, and external providers. Features may change as the service develops.

Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their account and browser profile. Separate browser profiles or private windows should be used when multiple people share one device.
